REHABILITATION OF SCHOOL FACILITIES AT BOLINEY CENTRAL SCHOOL
1. The Municipal Government Unit of Boliney, through the Budget approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under the MDRRM Fund, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of School Facilities at Boliney Central School with contract No.: MBLNY26-MDRRM-CW13.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Boliney, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 25 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
