Description : I. The Maria Clara High School through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/contractors to bid for the hereunder project:

d. PCAB License
d. Notarized Affidavit/Sworn Statement
Failure to submit complete documents shall be ground for disqualification.
