Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through Supplemental Budget No. 02-2026-A.O. 02-2026, R.A. 7171 (2023 Share), intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and Thirty-Nine Centavos (Php956, 366.39), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of San Jose-Bugbuga Farm to Market Road, San Jose-Bugbuga, 2026-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the time of bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works has required 7.5 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
