Tender Details

The Salle du Garon is a single-storey municipal building of around 200 m² built in the 1970s, which houses a pétanque association and a multi-purpose room. The building has not received a major renovation since its commissioning. The works of rehabilitation subject to this contract concerns the renovation of the building envelope (facade, joinery, roof), the restructuring of exterior sanitary facilities, the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof, the installation of a kitchen area in the multipurpose room, the distinct separation of the operation of the two ERPs and the exterior development work. The building will be free of all occupations during the work. The provisional schedule provides for a construction site of duration of 6 months from mid-October 2026. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid by fixed prices
