REBIDDING on
REHABILITATION OF ROOFING at MENDEZ ECOLOGICAL PROCESSING CENTER
1. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through the 20% Development Fund 2026-Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty One and 25/100 Pesos (P564, 821.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 2026-006-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Forty (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the New Government Procurement Act of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
