The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES now invites bids for REHABILITATION OF ROOFING AT ACADEMIC BUILDING II shall include all management, labor, engineering materials, tools, equipment and services required to manufacture, assemble, deliver and install all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the said items of work.
