Description : Invitation to Bid for the Rehabilitation of PWD Building
1)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through the 20% Development Fund CY2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (P 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 04-2026-INFRA Rehabilitation of PWD Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela now invites bids for Rehabilitation of PWD Building. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
