1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Balangkayan, Eastern Samar, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan F. Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php. 1, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF PUBLIC PLAZA and Project Identification Number 26-02-010. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Balangkayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 35 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract like the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
