Invitation to Bid for the Rehabilitation of Public Auditorium
1. 20% EDF-Rehabilitation of Public Auditorium, FY 2026 intends to apply the amount of Three Hundred Twelve Thousand One Hundred Fifty Four Pesos and Eighty Cents only (₱312, 154.80), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for The Barangay Road Concreting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU of Guintoylan, Liloan, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Five (5) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
