The Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, integration, and handover of a fully automated Domestic Water Flow Control and Leak Isolation System for the potable water riser network at the BOJ Nethersole Place, Kingston. The system shall be commercial-grade, energy-efficient, robust, and designed for high-reliability operations, providing real-time monitoring, automatic water isolation, and full communication with the Building Management System (BMS) via BACnet/IP. The contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, testing instrumentation, certifications, and documentation necessary to deliver a complete, functional, and fully commissioned system.
