Description : 1) The Municipal Government of Sabangan, through the PAMANA Program-OPAPRU under GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum Twenty-five Million Pesos (Php. 25, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF PINGAD - BAO-ANGAN FMR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Sabangan now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Pingad - Bao-angan FMR. Completion of the Works is required three hundred thirtty-five (335) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
