Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction/Rehabilitation of Pathway(Patay-Laslasinan)
1.The Banguitan Local Government Unit, through the Community Driven Development Program under the Besao Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty--Four Thousand One Hundred Four Pesos and Forty-ThreeCentavos (PhP354, 104.43) being the ABC to payments under the contract forConstruction/ Rehabilitation of Pathway(Patay-Laslasinan), 2026-06-BAN-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Banguitan Local Government Unit now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
