Description : The Barangay Government of BALILI, through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 150, 000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the “Rehabilitation of Pathway with Drainage Canal at Tabangaoen .” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the scope of works of the Project and possesses a Category “C” PCAB License. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
