Start date: 07-19-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Damascus Governorate Announcing a request for offers, considering the overall speed Damascus Governorate announces its desire to invite offers to rehabilitate the old governorate building for all specialties According to the book of special technical, financial and legal conditions Organized for this purpose and in accordance with the following: - Initial deposits: /4, 300, 000/ L.S.P. only, four million and three hundred thousand new Syrian pounds only, according to a check certified by the order of the Damascus Governorate, a bank transfer, or according to a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic in accordance with Approved forms bearing the name of the project for which it is issued. - Final insurance: 10% of the contract value - If the offer includes more than one partner, all of these partners must submit temporary and final guarantees in their names, under penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer must include the phrase They are interdependent and in solidarity. Duration of implementing the pledge: The duration for completing the pledge was set at 180 calendar days, starting from the day following the date on which the contractor was notified of the commencement order.
