REHABILITATION OF NORTH MARKET (PHASE 1)
1) The City Government of Butuan, through the City Engineering Department-Special Purpose Appropriation-Development Projects (Continuing Appropriations) under City Ordinance No. 7280-2025 (SB#5-2025) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Ninety Thousand Pesos only (Php 20, 090, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of North Market (Phase 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the project entitled Rehabilitation of North Market (Phase 1). Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days.
