1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Fifty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Nine and 64/100 Pesos Only (P 14, 056, 569.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation of North Main Canal of TASMORIS (Tarlac RIS) with IB No. NIAR3-2026-TAR-TASMORIS-30 located in Gerona, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days.
