Rehabilitation of NKP Pálffyovský manor house - Kitchen technology The subject of the order is the supply, installation and operation of technological equipment for the kitchen, facilities and separate food distribution for the catering operation, including the provision of hygienic requirements and follow-up to the production and sales part of the operation. Part of the subject of the contract is the installation and connection of equipment to utility networks, commissioning, demonstration of functionality and operator training. The technological part of the project deals with the layout and technological equipment of the kitchen, facilities and separate food distribution for the clients of the catering operation of the social service center (hereinafter "DSS") in connection with the production and sales operation, so as to ensure high hygienic requirements for the catering operation of this device. The interior of the sales premises is designed in such a way that a higher standard of interior equipment is ensured and conditions are created for the provision of catering services at a standard level. The proposal was conceptually solved according to requirements, to provide catering: up to 170 clients, up to 90 clients for export - cooking and delivery, up to 40 DSS service personnel. Furthermore, the layout deals with the spaces on the ground floor, namely the preparation process, food delivery, the production part, which is the main kitchen with preparation rooms, washing tableware and storage areas on the ground floor will also house dressing rooms for the kitchen staff, a toilet with an antechamber.
