Rehabilitation of Natongdo Main Pathway (INFRA 2025-01)
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Balili through the General Appropriation Act or Special Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Four hundred two thousand nine hundred thirty four and 30/100 (Php. 402, 934.30) INFRA 2025-01 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Balili now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 25 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
