1. The LGU-GIGMOTO, CATANDUANES through the LGSF Growth Equity Fund GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Four Pesos & 80/100 (PHp17, 499, 784.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 2026-INFRA-008- REHABILITATION OF MUNICIPAL ROAD at District 1, District 2, District 3, Gigmoto, Catanduanes . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-GIGMOTO, CATANDUANES now invites One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
