Description : REHABILITATION OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING

1. The Barangay HINABAY, Inopacan, Leyte, through the Financial Assistance from MLGU intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWO PESOS & 60/100. ( 1, 299, 702.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay HINABAY, Inopacan, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project REHABILITATION OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING . Completion of the Works is required SEVENTY FIVE (75 ) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
