1) The Municipality of Isabela, through the GENERAL FUND, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUDNRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1, 500, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Hall, Socio-Cultural Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Isabela now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Hall, Socio-Cultural Center. Completion of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
