1) The Barangay Council of Zaragoza, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Four Thousand Twenty-One Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (Php 304, 021.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Hall, with Project Identification No. Infra-2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Council of Zaragoza now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Hall. Completion of the Works required is Sixty Calendar Days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
