Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building - P 293, 573.00

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Manila, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget of the contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Five Seventy-Three Pesos Only. (P 293, 573.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Manila, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building. Completion of the Project is within days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
