RFQ SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT- TWO FAILED BIDDINGS
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Small Potongan, Concepcion Misamis Occidental through the 20% BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php. 94, 770.00 being the ABC to payments of the REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BULDING-I with Project Identification No. SP 2025-08-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement(Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184
