1.The Barangay Government of Tominjao, Daanbantayan, Cebu, through the 20% Development Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen and Seventy Two Centavos (P 376, 716.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods/Materials for Rehabilitation of Mini Park (Phase 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. To wit;
