The work will address the abatement of all existing asbestos-cement roofing, removal and replacement of rotted roof sheathing, and replacement of slate shingles where required. Installing new sub roofing and roofing in areas required. Removal and replacement of rotted sheathing will require complete removal of all roofing materials. Sounding and salvaging existing slate shingles for reuse and repairing the gutter system.This procurement is being set aside for Small Business. If your company is interested, submit your detailed capabilities in writing to demonstrate the same or similar experience to this project. This is not a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid. No proposal package, solicitation, specification, or drawings are available with this announcement. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation announcement, or any follow-up information requests.
