1. The LGU-GIGMOTO, CATANDUANES through the CY 2025 Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One Pesos & 60/100 (PHp 899, 631.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 2026-INFRA-002- Rehabilitation of Main Water Source of Municipality of Gigmoto at Gigmoto, Catanduanes . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-GIGMOTO, CATANDUANES now invites Forty Five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
