1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Seven and 95/100 Pesos Only (P 170, 836, 447.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation of Magsaysay Dam with IB No. NIAR3-2026-TAR-CAMILING RIS-24 located in Camiling and Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
