Description : 1. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO), through GAA, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 (PhP3, 850, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF MAAS KAMLON HALL-PHASE I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography now invites bids for the REHABILITATION OF MAAS KAMLON HALL-PHASE I. Completion of the Works required is 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementation Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
