Rehabilitation of Kitchen at the 7/F of PNOC Bldg. 6
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Conduct site inspection and actual measurement of the project.
2. Dismantling of ceiling.
3. Dismantling of all floor and wall tiles.
4. Removal of existing exhaust fan. Supply and installation of new heavy duty axial plate exhaust fan.
5. Replacement of modular switch, rocker switch and outlet. Installation of new additional outlets
6. Concealment of gas pipe to ceiling and wall.
7. Conceal all plumbing pipes and electrical wirings.
8. Concrete enclosure of pass thru.
9. Concrete topping 2- including floor tiles.
10. Installation of new wall tiles.
11. Replacement of main door and service door.
12. Installation of new conventional ceiling on light metal frame.
13. Installation of recessed pin lights.
14. Relocation of grease trap and piping-s.
15. Removal of cabinet/shelves at rooms.
16. Repainting of 2-rooms door and LPG gas room.
17. Replacement of hood filter screen.
18. Replaced new floor drain cover.
19. Replacement of existing faucets.
20. Replacement of 4 open burners with oven.
21. Replacement of 2-tank fryer gas with cabinet base.
22. Replacement of kwali range 3-head.
23. Replacement of Jet burner Wok Range 2-head.
24. Replacement of 2 sets of SS worktable.

LABOR REQUIREMENTS:
1. Contractor must have relevant experience in civil works.
2. Contractor must have relevant experience in supplying pre-fabricated kitchen equipment.
3. Contractor shall have a supervisor or lead foreman present whenever work is being performed at the project site.
