1) The University of Rizal System, through the fund 052 of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Five Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-six Pesos and 44/100 (₱14, 597, 586.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of ISR Building (Retrofitting) Phase 1 (URS-26-05-052). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The University of Rizal System now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
