1) The Municipality of Lemery, through the Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen and 50/100 (₱ 599, 917.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation / Improvement of water system facility at Barangay Niogan under Invitation to Bid (IB) No. B-2026-044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 10 cd. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project.
