The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three and 40/100 Pesos (Php6, 384, 933.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “REHABILITATION & IMPROVEMENT OF VARIOUS BARANGAY FACILITIES: (a) IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN BRGY. NAGBUNGA; (b) REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN BRGY. SAN GUILLERMO; (c) IMPROVEMENT OF ULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN BRGY. LAPAZ (PUROK 1); (d) CONSTRUCTION OF BASKETBALL COURT BLEACHER AND REPAINTING OF BASKETBALL COURT FLOORING IN BARANGAY CONSUELO NORTE; and (e) RENOVATION OF STAGE, BASKETBALL COURT IN SITIO NAGSABONG, BARANGAY LINASIN, SAN MARCELINO, ZAMBALES”, Project ID No. Infra-2025-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
