1) The LGU - SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, through the 2026 DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION / IMPROVEMENT OF PERIMETER STALLS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
