Expression of Interest are invited for Rehabilitation of Hydropower Plants.
The Scope of studies comprises the preparation of a Due Diligence report, including a techno-economic assessment of proposed rehabilitation options, environmental and social assessment in line with the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework and local relevant legislation, project planning, rehabilitation schedules, cost estimates and project economic and financial analysis. The report shall address and analyze/confirm the various rehabilitation measures identified and proposed by the Plant Operators as detailed in the Tasks outlined below.
NOTES
Following this invitation for EOI, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding.
Only those firms which have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in the RFP phase. No notification or debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted
