The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TINGIB, PASTRANA, LEYTE through the Brgy. 20% Dev-t Fund
2025 & Brgy. 20% Dev-t Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only
(₱ 270, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF HEALTH CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TINGIB now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in
accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. REHABILITATION OF HEALTH CENTER must be delivered within Twenty-Eight (28) Calendar Days.
