Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REHABILITATION OF HEALTH CENTER
1. The BLGU-Sagrada, Garchitorena, through the Barangay Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand (Php 100, 000), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF HEALTH CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Sagrada, Garchitorena, now invites bids for the REHABILITATION OF HEALTH CENTER Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Sixteen (16) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
