1) The Barangay Council of Pilar, Bolinao, Pangasinan through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Health Center with Project Identification No. Infra-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Council of Barangay Pilar of Bolinao, Pangasinan now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Health Center. Completion of the Works required is Forty-Five Calendar Days (45 CD). Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
