1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the (8971) Livelihood (NW) 2026 AB GF AO 02 s2025 Regular (1-07-04-010) Buildings intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirteen Pesos and Eleven Centavos (PhP 4, 984, 413.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Governor's Mansion and Office Building (CW-REHAB-26-05). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, with the following scope of work: General Requirements, Kitchen, Electrical Works, Ceiling Works, Painting Works, Tile Works, Doors and Windows, Furniture and Fixtures, Cabinetry, Waterproofing for CR (2nd Floor), Mechanical Works and New Stairs.
