1. The City Government of Borongan, through the 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (LDRRMF), Annual Budget 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos and Sixty Seven Centavos only (Php4, 999, 989.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Flood Control System, Phase 2, Brgy. Cabong, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for rehabilitation of 21.97 ln.m. damaged sea wall (0.15m thk concrete facing, 0.30m thk grouted riprap and rock embankment sea wall core, 0.70m x 1.00m pile cap, 6.00m type II steel sheet pile) with parallel 2.0m x 0.15m concrete pathwalk.
