The United Arab Emirates University invited maintenance companies, to submit the financial and technical offer to provide the service in rehabilitation of Muwaiji campus external boundary wall & Building by removing damage items and repair gats and apply top coat paint, The contractor shall carry out the beautification works of the external facades of the Al-Muwaji complex, in accordance with the schedule of quantities from the university, which includes removal, deportation, and all necessary items, including supply, installation, removal of waste, and all necessary materials and equipment to complete the work in the perfect manner.

Note: To make sure of the works and the required quantities, the contractor must visit the site and check out any ignorance and make sure of all the items required to be implemented in order to complete the work in the fullest way, knowing that the contractor must submit the required method of work and price all the items with the provision of a guarantee for the works knowing that the university has the right to accept, reject or add other works according to the individual prices in the bill of quantities without objection from the contractor or any additional claims.
