Description : The project involves the Rehabilitation of the Existing Evacuation Center (KALAHI-CIDSS Project) to restore and improve its structural integrity, functionality, and safety for use during emergencies, disasters, and other community activities. The scope of work includes the repair and rehabilitation of damaged structural and architectural components, roofing, ceilings, walls, flooring, doors and windows, electrical and plumbing systems, painting works, and other related civil works necessary to restore the facility to a safe and serviceable condition.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidental works required for the complete rehabilitation of the evacuation center in accordance with the approved plans, technical specifications, and applicable construction standards.
