1) The Municipality of Isabela, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (Php 2, 000, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Drainage System-Phase2, Barangays: 5 & 6 Poblacion, Isabela, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Isabela now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Drainage System-Phase2, Barangays: 5 & 6 Poblacion, Isabela, Negros Occidental. Completion of the Works is required ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
