Description : Invitation to Bid for 2026-mdf-003 Rehabilitation of Drainage System (Municipal Compound Building)
1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BUCAY, through the 2026 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php.700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-mdf-002 Rehabilitation of Drainage System (Municipal Compound Building), South Pob., Bucay, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BUCAY now invites bids for the above mentioned project. Completion of the Works is required 34CD. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
