1) The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City -LGU through the Supplemental Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Drainage System at Molawin St. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
