Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation of Drainage System
Ili Sur-Ili Norte, SJLU
1) The Municipal Government of San Juan, La Union, through the RA 7171 Fund (2022 Share) intends to apply the sum of Php4, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Drainage System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of San Juan, La Union now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Drainage System at Ili Sur-Ili Norte.4 Completion of the Works is required 65 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, 120 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
