1.The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Palompon, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1, CY 2024 for the Rehabilitation of Drainage-Dried Fish Section located at Public Market, Palompon, Leyte amounting to One Hundred Fifty Thousand (P 150, 000.003) Pesos intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand (P 150, 000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract for No. 2024-1505-038-Rehabilitation of Drainage-Dried Fish Section. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
