Description : Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal (BNHS-Malabagan)
1. The Padangaan Local Government Unit, through the COMMUNITY DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT (CDD) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-Three Pesos and Eighty-Eight Centavos (172, 143.88) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal (BNHS-Malabagan, 2026-06-01A-PAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Padangaan Local Government Unit now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
