1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Eight Million Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen and 06/100 Pesos Only (P 38, 285, 314.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation of Diversion Dam and Improvement of Irrigation Facilities of Camiling RIS with IB No. NIAR3-2026-TAR-CAMRIS-31 located in Camiling, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days.
