THE BARANGAY SAN VICENTE, ORMOC CITY, LEYTE THROUGH THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND INTENDS TO APPLY THE SUM OF ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P1, 300, 000.00) BEING THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) TO PAYMENTS UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT BARANGAY SAN VICENTE ORMOC CITY, LEYTE. BIDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF THE ABC SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AT BID OPENING.
2. THE BARANGAY SAN VICENTE, ORMOC CITY, LEYTE, NOW INVITES BIDS FOR THE REHABILITAION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT BARANGAY SAN VICENTE, ORMOC CITY, LEYTE. COMPLETION IS REQUIRED (40) CALENDAR DAY. BIDDERS SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED THE CONTRACT SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT.
